Job Overview

As a pivotal leader in the integration of HP systems, you will spearhead the efforts to align engineering disciplines with business and technical requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that fulfill user expectations. This role encompasses a comprehensive approach to systems engineering, focusing on the design, development, and optimization of systems from concept through to operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Systems Integrator for HP system products and associated rigs.
  • Oversee the integration process across various components and assemblies, ensuring seamless interfaces and configurations.
  • Define and manage product or system requirements, ensuring compliance and effective flow-down.
  • Facilitate coordination between component interfaces and execution teams.
  • Manage the overall product configuration and maintain the configuration control system.
  • Lead the integration efforts and report on key system metrics, including weight and other performance indicators.
  • Analyze internal and external business challenges, proposing best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
Qualifications Required

  • Master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in leading projects.
Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in Product Definition and Operations is advantageous.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience in documentation, planning, marketing, and program execution.
  • Established skills in project management.


This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Final offers will depend on the ability to obtain authorization for access to such information from the U.S. Government.
