VitalPath is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Improvement Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing Lean principles and tools across all facilities, driving continuous improvement, and developing a culture of excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CI programs to reduce costs and improve yields in production areas.
  • Manage special projects across the organization, focusing on operations, quality, and research and development.
  • Provide Lean training to teams participating in Lean events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CI projects.
  • Develop and implement tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in Lean manufacturing events and initiatives on the manufacturing floor.
  • Support VitalPath initiatives and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in plastics, chemical, biomedical, or mechanical engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing Lean principles.
  • Understanding of Lean principles and basic Lean tools, with Green or Black belt certification preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in catheter manufacturing, with exposure to manufacturing or development.
  • Working knowledge of catheter assembly manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with design controls, FDA regulation, GMP practices, and QSR requirements.
