Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our team at Revolution York. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in all aspects of the business, from managing the bar team to supporting a dedicated restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Manage the bar team in delivering our renowned late-night sessions and supporting a dedicated restaurant team in providing high-quality food.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus 50% OTE bonus.
