We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health Corporation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or within 4 years of hire
- Active license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa
- Certification by a nationally recognized nursing organization is preferred and strongly encouraged
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) will be required within 30 days of hire and every 2 years thereafter
