We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health Corporation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Active license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa
- BSN degree or within 4 years of hire
- Certification by a nationally recognized nursing organization preferred
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
