Job Summary:

The Micro-Electronic Assembler will be responsible for assembling and reworking electronic production to meet prescribed production goals. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut, form, and prepare electronic components for assembly
  • Install components using conductive epoxy material
  • Setup and adjust components/forming equipment
  • Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and related parts
  • Hand solder for rework
  • Operate various test equipment, including Die Bonder and Wire Bonder
  • Repair and modify electronic components to the latest blueprints and revision assignments
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of electronic components, internal wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Ability to follow precise measurements and quality specifications
  • Working knowledge of Die Bonding, Wire Bonding, Fine & Gross Leak, and hermetically seal process
  • High School diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a normal manufacturing environment with machinery operation and use of safety equipment. Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs and stand for 25% of the workday.
