This role plays a pivotal part in sourcing optimal carrier solutions for transportation requirements within designated domestic regions across the United States for our customers. Reporting directly to the Brokerage - Region Leader, this position will collaborate within the Regional Team framework to ensure ODW Logistics effectively meets the demands of both customers and carriers, fostering successful partnerships and operational excellence.

• Analyze Historical Data to maximize short- and long-term profitability by covering freight at optimal profit levels
• Measure Load Coverage and percentage of loads covered and given back to ensure business performs within goal rate
• Assist in Carrier Onboarding as requested by the regional leader
• Develop Coverage Plans for freight days
• Foster Carrier Relationships and aid in carrier recruitment
• Develop Subject Matter Expertise for your assigned region and maintain effective communication with carriers
• Communicate Market Trends and pricing
• Perform Other Duties as assigned

• Education: Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience: 1+ year(s) of supply chain industry experience preferred
• Technical Skills: Previous knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Terminal Services, and Virtual/Thin client architecture preferred
