Job SummaryThe Patient Service Representative is responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience by providing exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients, manage wait times, and assist with intake processes.
- Collect and record payments, manage cashier boxes, and process walk-in patients.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage referrals.
- Assist with patient outreach, maintain medical records, and ensure accurate filing.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- One year of related work experience, including data entry.
- Working knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
