Job Description

As an Executive Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to support the General Manager in achieving sales and profit targets. This involves managing shifts, enforcing labor laws, and ensuring top-notch customer service while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

You will be responsible for training and motivating staff, managing inventory, and maintaining quality standards. Your ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment will be essential in driving success within the store.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Proficient in restaurant functions: food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
  • High school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated 6 months restaurant management operations experience
Working Conditions

This role requires regular attendance, flexibility, and adaptability. You must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
