Job Description

As a Benefits Customer Service Representative with Kelly Services Inc, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to plan participants via phone, email, and instant message. Your primary goal will be to build rapport and respond to inquiries in a compassionate and respectful manner, consistently meeting commitments and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize your customer service approach to meet diverse communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy during challenging calls.
  • Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements.
  • Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working in a customer service-related field
  • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to juggle multiple open computer windows
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute
