ROLE DETAILS FOR THE LNA LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT:

CareerStaff Unlimited collaborates with organizations nationwide to elevate healthcare standards through quality care and personalized service. Responsibilities for this Licensed Nursing Assistant role include, but are not limited to:

  1. Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and preparing for medical examinations.
  2. Performing nursing tasks as directed by supervisors, including personal care, turning residents in bed, and monitoring vital signs.
  3. Preparing residents for meals, assisting with feeding as necessary, and documenting food and fluid intake.
  4. Maintaining confidentiality and treating patients with respect and dignity; promptly reporting any patient concerns to supervisors.
  5. Assisting with the admission, transfer, and discharge processes of residents, including inventorying personal belongings.
  6. Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring cleanliness in assigned areas; reporting any safety violations.
  7. Participating in training and educational activities as required.
  8. Contributing to the training of new staff members as needed.
  9. Carrying out additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE LNA LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT:

  1. Possession of a current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license or eligibility for licensure in the state of employment.
