ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE LNA LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT:

CareerStaff Unlimited collaborates with organizations nationwide to elevate healthcare standards by introducing new benchmarks for quality care and personalized service. Responsibilities for this Licensed Nursing Assistant role include, but are not limited to:

  1. Assist residents with daily hygiene tasks, dressing, grooming, dental care, and mobility.
  2. Perform nursing duties as instructed by supervisors, including personal care, turning residents, and monitoring vital signs.
  3. Support residents during meal times, assisting with feeding as necessary and tracking food and fluid intake.
  4. Maintain patient confidentiality and treat all individuals with kindness and respect; report any patient concerns or incidents to supervisors.
  5. Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge processes of residents; inventory personal belongings and report any issues.
  6. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in patient areas; ensure proper use of restraints and report any safety violations.
  7. Participate in training, orientation, and educational activities as required.
  8. Contribute to the training and development of staff as needed.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE LNA LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT:

  1. Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license or eligibility in the state of employment
