Job Summary:

Vector CSP, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. As a Subject Matter Expert in facilities planning and other facilities-related areas, you will play a critical role in supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) in their research, development, test and evaluation, analysis, systems engineering, integration and certification of complex naval warfare systems and fleet support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert in facilities planning, space management strategies, and facilities data management systems.
  • Develop and implement space management and space utilization data, information, and problem resolution for technical and support customers.
  • Lead and coordinate the Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) project selection and ranking progress annually.
  • Plan and track the progress of each approved SRM project and address SRM issues and decisions on specific SRM projects.
  • Interact with all levels of NSWCDD, NAVFAC, NAVSEA, and NSASP to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Four (4) years of experience working as a subject matter expert in analytical techniques in order to design and conduct management studies and develop recommendations.
  • Ability to prepare written reports and make oral presentations.
  • Ability to serve as an authoritative management advisor.
  • Ability to represent a large RDT&E organization on facilities matters.
