We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential care and support to residents within our facility. This role is vital in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care in accordance with their individualized care plans and established long-term care protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to resident call signals promptly.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, and oral care.
- Serve meals and assist residents who require help with eating.
- Transport residents using wheelchairs or assist them in walking.
- Reposition and turn residents to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores.
- Monitor and document vital signs, as well as intake and output of food and fluids.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
- Current certification as a nursing assistant in the relevant state.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
