Job Title: IT Director

Sellers & Associates, LLC is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) offering effective and affordable Programmatic and Engineering Support Services and Solutions to our Government and Commercial Clients. As an IT Director, you will work directly with our clients to understand their culture and requirements, designing a custom solution tailored to meet their unique needs without sacrificing quality.

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee the testing, delivery, and trouble-shooting of IT applications, as well as web development and network security protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Set goals for the IT department and work with upper management and clients to deliver specific software programs designed to perform various tasks.
  • Communicate and coordinate with team members to design, program, and deliver computer programs and related technologies to clients, customers, and staff.
  • Oversee the implementation of IT systems and support services for Navy/DoD customers or directly for Navy/DoD.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience managing IT systems and IT systems support for Navy/DoD customers or directly for Navy/DoD.
  • DoD-approved Information Assurance baseline certification at Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I in accordance with DoD Directive 8570.01-M.
  • Active Secret Clearance
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
