About the Role:
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care while fostering a positive work environment and adhering to hospital policies and procedures. To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Current RN license in Arkansas or Compact State
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN required, BSN preferred)
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Registered Nurse
  • BLS certification required, ACLS certification within the first year of employment
