Job Title: Central Sterilization Manager

Job Summary:
As a Central Sterilization Manager at Med Career Solutions, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Sterile Processing department. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, such as Department of Health, TJC, OSHA, CDC, AAMI, and AORN, as well as facility goals and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and evaluate staff and activities of Sterile Processing
• Coordinate the reprocessing of surgical instruments and trays
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
• Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT) certification
• Vocational school graduate
