Key Responsibilities

- Clearly communicates diagnosed issues to customers in understandable terms, presenting options where applicable. Ensures customers comprehend the features and advantages of each proposed solution and secures agreement prior to commencing work.

- Unclogs drain pipes in both commercial and residential settings, adhering to specifications and plumbing regulations.
- Cleans drains in residential homes and commercial establishments using cable or high-pressure water jetting techniques on primary and secondary drains. Conducts pipe inspections utilizing cameras.
- Utilizes plumbing snakes and machinery to clear blockages in sewers, kitchen and bathroom sinks, tubs, toilets, and more.
- Maintains and refuels service vehicles, ensuring that the service truck is stocked with necessary parts and that machinery is in good working order.
- Transports tools and materials to job sites while maintaining accurate records of equipment.
- Completes all required service documentation and may handle the collection, recording, and delivery of fees to the office.
- Capable of effectively performing basic drain cleaning tasks using a range of drain cleaning machines.
- Possesses foundational knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Able to remove and reinstall toilets and p-traps.

Qualifications

A High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred. Relevant experience and/or advanced training, or a combination of education and experience, may be considered. Basic plumbing skills are essential. Familiarity with local and national plumbing codes is advantageous. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are required.
