About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Civil Engineer to join our Data Center Site Design group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading design projects, preparing planning and design documents, and developing and maintaining team and client standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead design projects from conceptualization to completion
  • Prepare planning and design documents, including site plans, grading plans, and utility plans
  • Develop and maintain team and client standards for design and construction
  • Lead quality assurance/quality control efforts and act as an advisor on complex projects
  • Coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, clients, and other consultants

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 5 years of related civil engineering experience
  • Proficient in Civil 3D software
  • Must be a registered professional engineer
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
