Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. As a key member of the management team, this individual will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serving as a resource person for staff and modeling a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care
  • Participate in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services provided in the unit, collaborating with other members of the management team
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
