Job Title: Transmission Line Team Lead

As a Transmission Line Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in helping us answer that question. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the management of production section operations, including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support.
  • Functioning as an Assistant Project Manager and assisting in the responsibility for production on projects, in addition to management responsibilities.
  • Assisting with administrative responsibilities for section staff and technical service functions, and leading and coordinating services with other sections.
  • Being involved in marketing planning, proposals, and interviews.
  • Being directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production, and related issues.
  • Assisting in ensuring that all work is planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated through proactive project management systems.
  • Implementing, monitoring, and supporting company policy.
  • Assisting in the selection, training, development, and management of technical personnel.
  • Working cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production efforts.
  • Performing other duties as needed.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Professional registration, license, or certification may be required based on the role.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Good leadership and organizational skills.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture.
