We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Tech/Receptionist to join our team at Cape Regional Medical Center. As a Physical Therapy Tech/Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our physical therapy department.
Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and assist with check-in, intake, and checkout processes
* Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Assist physical therapists with exercise and therapy practices
* Schedule appointments and record information in our Practice Management System
* Answer telephone calls and route them appropriately
* Verify insurance eligibility and ensure requirements are met
* Collect co-pays
Requirements
* High School graduate or equivalent
* Prior experience in exercise therapy or training/certification
* One year of experience in customer service or reception, healthcare environment, preferred
* Computer experience, preferred
