The Role
This Banquet Sales Manager position requires a self-starter who can generate revenue through sales of private events and catering orders. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in hospitality industry sales, outside sales experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance existing private events from 30 to 300 guests and catering businesses
* Solicit new business through lead generation and various traditional and non-traditional sales techniques
* Create and prepare all event and catering proposals for guests, ensuring accurate costs and communication
* Work closely with General Managers, Executive Kitchen Managers, and hourly employees to ensure proposal execution
* Maintain an organized and accurate database of contact information and finalized contracts and proposals
