Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Transportation Professional to join our team as a School Bus Driver in Rochester, NY. This is a part-time opportunity with the possibility of full-time conversion. No prior experience is necessary, and we offer paid CDL training.

About the Role

As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from their destinations. You will prioritize vehicle maintenance by conducting pre- and post-trip inspections and provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely transport students to and from school and extracurricular activities
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safety and reliability of the bus
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and parents
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $1,500-$5,000 sign-on bonus*, plus a regular hourly rate. Our benefits package includes paid CDL training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not required but may be obtained through our paid training program.
