Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment: Assist with data collection and provide feedback to the Registered Nurse to enhance clinical decisions about treatments and nursing interventions.
- Planning: Provide feedback to the Registered Nurse in the development of nursing diagnoses and carry out the established plan of care.
- Implementation: Carry out therapeutic interventions established in the interdisciplinary plan of care, and document patient responses to interventions.
- Evaluation: Provide real-time feedback to the Registered Nurse in the evaluation of interventions and treatments, and document patient responses to nursing interventions.
- Quality of Care: Support the evaluation of care activities, education, and practice environments to ensure the provision of safe, quality care.
- Licensure: Current State LPN License.
- Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and LPN diploma and Licensure.
- Minimum Experience: New graduate LPNs or those with less than one year of experience will be referred to the LPN residency program.
- Preferred Licensure: Current State LPN License.
- Preferred Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and LPN diploma and Licensure.
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting, with a minimum of 2 years experience preferred.
- Weight Lifted: Up to 100 lbs, Occasionally 0-30% of time.
- Weight Carried: Up to 50 lbs, Occasionally 0-30% of time.
- Vision: Moderate, Frequently 31-65% of time.
- Kneeling/Stooping/Bending: Frequently 31-65% of time.
