Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and charismatic Customer Service Representative to join our local Krew. As a server, you will be responsible for providing superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy. This includes greeting customers courteously, handling transactions efficiently, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrive safely to scheduled events and ensure timely setup.">
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.">
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.">
  • Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse, including restocking supplies and materials as needed.">
  • Accurately complete documentation, such as sales reports and inventory management.">
