About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled General Labor - Busway Assembly Specialist to join our team at Siemens. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality busway products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repetitive assembly operations, including placing parts in specified relationships and bolting, screwing, or fastening parts together using hand tools or powered tools.
  • Test and adjust assemblies as needed to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Detect and report any unusual conditions, defective material, or specific problems related to quality, safety, and delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production requirements and perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Manufacturing experience is desired but not required.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
  • Must be able to reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material.
  • Must be able to make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
