Spooky Nook Sports is seeking a qualified Volleyball Academy Coach to join our team. As a Volleyball Academy Coach, you will be responsible for leading our youth volleyball program, developing and implementing coaching strategies, and providing a positive and supportive environment for our athletes.

• Develop and implement coaching strategies to improve player skills and team performance
• Lead practices and games, providing guidance and feedback to players
• Recruit and manage a team of assistant coaches and volunteers
• Communicate with parents and athletes to ensure a positive and supportive environment
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on coaching best practices

• Previous coaching experience and/or collegiate playing experience required
• Minimum 1 year coaching experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older to head coach
• Dependable transportation to and from practices and tournaments
• Language skills: Fluent knowledge of the English language

• Experience working with athletes of varying age groups
• Highly dependable with a history of consistent attendance and punctuality
• Guest-focused/service-oriented; ability to see big picture and impact on Company

• Physical requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to perform physical activity that includes moving about the work area, standing, sitting, bending, reaching with hands and arms, lifting, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing and smelling
• Must be physically capable of demonstrating skills during practice that relate to the sport, such as running and jumping
