Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the activities of the shop floor, under the direction of the Plant Manager and follow established procedures and approved processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all production operations such as machining, processing and assembly.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory
  • Streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Identify non-value-added steps and reduce them.
  • Implement lean principles to improve efficiency.
  • Deliver manufactured products in a timely fashion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 10 years of previous leadership experience.
  • SAP Experience preferred.
