If so, we invite you to consider the role of Maintenance Planning Specialist.
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all maintenance activities, ensuring seamless execution with minimal impact on operations. You will also ensure that all maintenance tasks adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
By demonstrating an ownership mentality, we will collaborate to achieve optimal outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and operations teams to strategize and implement equipment modifications, upgrades, and more.
- Process Oversight: Guarantee the precise, timely, and cost-effective execution of maintenance operations.
- Documentation Management: Maintain effective case management and prepare, uphold, and submit necessary records and reports as required by the organization and regulatory bodies.
- Success Delivery: Engage regularly with maintenance supervision, operations, and other departments for task planning and scheduling, utilizing your creative problem-solving skills to support leadership while achieving current commitments.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Significant experience in production planning and scheduling.
- Familiarity with SAP or other maintenance planning software.
- Ability to quickly acquire a comprehensive understanding of maintenance and reliability processes, workflows, and procedures.
- Proficient in motivating, communicating, delegating, negotiating, and training to achieve results through others.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Experience in the Food & Beverage sector is preferred.
- Capability to communicate effectively with external suppliers of parts and services.
- Practical experience in industrial machine repair, mechanical or electrical engineering.
