Job Title: Director, Actuarial and Analytics

At Travelers Insurance, we're seeking a highly skilled Director, Actuarial and Analytics to join our Business Insurance Actuarial and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of actuarial and statistical techniques to drive business decisions and optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement actuarial and statistical models to analyze business data and inform strategic decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business decisions and drive innovation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field
  • Associate Actuarial Credential preferred
  • 7+ years of quantitative analysis experience
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and industry
  • Demonstrated ability in actuarial and quantitative analysis and statistical concepts
  • Management experience
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
