Patient Care Manager RN Hospice

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Manager to lead our Hospice Care team.

- Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Ensure all staff members are properly oriented and supported to excel in their roles.
- Act as a liaison between staff, patients, and the medical community.
We're looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
The Nursing Manager will assist our Executive Administrator/Executive Director/Director of Clinical Operations in ensuring the delivery of safe and efficient patient care that meets the highest standards of nursing practice, regulatory requirements, and medical protocols.
- Responsible for compliance with hospice policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
- Promote and direct the team to prioritize patient safety and quality of care.
- Investigate and resolve patient complaints and issues.
- Provide educational in-services to staff on patient health and safety, regulatory issues, and agency policies and procedures.
- Requires at least 4+ years of full-time experience as an RN or equivalent.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice and one year of clinical experience.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
