Automotive Service Technician

Ross Downing CDJR is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding our dealership's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions efficiently and accurately.
- Keep the shop area clean and organized, and ensure that all dealership tools are accounted for.
- Ensure that customer vehicles are kept clean and in good condition.
- Road test vehicles to ensure quality repairs.
- Document work performed on repair orders.
