Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions, and facilitate successful transactions.
  • Manage all transactions and ensure accurate paperwork.
  • Establish relationships with landlords and tenants across various industries for future collaborations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Valid state real estate license.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, and courteous service to clients.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to calculate intermediate figures and conduct advanced financial analysis.
  • Comprehension, analysis, and interpretation of complex documents.
  • Problem-solving skills in situations requiring advanced analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Professional judgment and decision-making with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Valid Driver's License.
