Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Services Representative PRN, you will provide exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring quality scheduling, positive telephone etiquette, and customer satisfaction in support of Cooper University Hospital's mission.
You will serve as the front-line contact person for all incoming patients, greeting, registering, scheduling, collecting point-of-service copays, and providing general information to patients and their families using AIDET.
You must be organized, take independent action, and project Cooper's values to both customers and coworkers.
Requirements
Computer literacy is essential, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. Some knowledge of medical insurance is required, and experience in a medical environment is strongly preferred.
A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required for this role.
