About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Waste Management Specialist to join our team at Ally Waste Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and disposing of waste in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and transport waste from apartment doorsteps to the dumpster
  • Ensure all waste is properly secured and disposed of in accordance with company policies and regulations
  • Take and submit daily reports to management
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and property managers
Requirements
  • Have a smartphone for daily reporting
  • Be able to be on your feet for at least 1 hour
  • Be able to carry up to 30 lbs
  • Have access to an open bed pickup truck
