Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during the night shift. This role involves working under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director to plan, provide, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care following established patient care philosophy and hospital policies.
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with other shifts and departments to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
  • Engage in ongoing education and training to remain current with best practices and advancements in nursing.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher in Nursing or a related field.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse)
  • CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)
  • RN-BC (Registered Nurse-Board Certified)
  • CPAN (Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse)
Compensation and Benefits

NASC GLOBAL offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $63,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, education, certifications, and skill set.
