Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Granby Ranch. As an HR Coordinator, you will assist the HR Manager and Resort Administrator with daily operations and be involved in all HR-administration functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with payroll, HRIS system maintenance, employee onboarding/offboarding, and personnel file management.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and Resort Administrator.
  • Assist with employee events, housing inspections, and uniform distribution.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, scanning, and copying.
  • Support the HR Department with J1 international students and Pure Awesome employee recognition program.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years administrative/office experience required.
  • Previous Human Resources and/or Administration experience required.
  • Seasonal resort experience and/or ski industry experience preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a seasonal position that requires flexibility in work schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays during operating seasons.

Primarily office work with regular travel outdoors for various duties in a mountain environment with variable weather conditions.

Occasional requirements for outdoor work to assist with events.

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate of $20-$23/hour.
