  • Monitor and support clients' healthcare needs, including medication reminders.
  • Encourage clients to remain as independent as possible.
  • Engage clients in activities to promote mental alertness.
  • Document client activities, mood, challenges, and other relevant information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Report any changes in client status or home situation to the immediate supervisor.
  • Attend in-service training as required by state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior-related care setting.
  • Current certification.
  • Criminal background check and other required checks.
  • Verifiable references and maintenance of certifications, training, and company/state regulation requirements.
  • Reliable transportation to client visits.
