Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Memorial Hospital of Laramie County. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with personal care, essential homemaking services, emotional, social, and spiritual support.
  • Assist patients with transferring and ambulation, and assist with prescribed exercises and simple procedures.
  • Maintain a safe environment for patients, use safety and patient care equipment appropriately, and reinforce the safe use of equipment to patients.
  • Use proper body mechanics when providing patient care/homemaking services, and use universal precautions in providing services.
  • Observe patient condition and immediately communicate changes/concerns.
  • Record care given and pertinent changes in the patient's condition on the Aide Flow Sheet.
Requirements:
  • Wyoming Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
  • Valid USA driver's license
  • Must have a clean driving record that follows Memorial Hospital of Laramie County's driving guidelines
  • Cheyenne Regional AHA RQI within 14 calendar days of start date
  • 30 Days: Home Health Aid (HHA) certification on CNA license within 30 days of start date
