Job Overview:Compensation Range: $52k-$65k annually (inclusive of monthly profit sharing)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations with efficiency
- Ensure exceptional food quality and manage waste effectively

- Train and mentor kitchen staff
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar culinary role
- Proven experience in leading and supervising team members
- Comprehensive knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Strong grasp of budget management
- Familiarity with scheduling and restaurant management software
