HVAC Sales Representative

Homans Associates is a leading distributor of HVAC/R equipment and supplies, and we are seeking a skilled Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Manchester, NH.
Responsibilities:- Sell HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to customers
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, determining their needs, and making recommendations
- Display and merchandise products in a clean and organized manner
- Use computer databases to research availability and fill customer orders
- Process sales orders, quotes, and payments
- Resolve customer concerns and inventory issues
- Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and clerical staff to maintain accurate records and warranties
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Practical knowledge of warehouse, data processing, and operations procedures
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to negotiate transactions
- Beginner to intermediate user of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to learn new software quickly and accurately
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts
The Counter Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Prior HVAC experience is required.
