  • Lead, mentor, and train the team to ensure high performance and compliance with procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records.

  • Proven leadership experience in managing a personal lines insurance department.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in handling policy issuance, renewals, and regulatory compliance within the insurance sector.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with personal lines insurance systems and processes.
  • Ability to coach and guide team members in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
