Job Title: Corporate Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Collections Specialist to join our team at KCA Recruiting in Greensboro, NC.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting outstanding accounts receivable dollars from our existing client base and resolving customer billing problems in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor AR aging to identify delinquent accounts and follow up with customers to keep accounts current.
  • Update customer accounts with detailed notes regarding the collection process and disputes.
  • Make outbound collection calls in a professional manner while maintaining excellent customer relations.
  • Resolve client-billing problems and rescue accounts receivable delinquency in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and escalate them as necessary.
  • Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
  • Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements and communicate with customers via email to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Corporate collections (consumer collections experience will not be considered)
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and collaborate professionally within the organization
  • Temporary to hire, On-Site role with hourly pay rate $18-20/hour
