Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage on-site construction teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety measures.
  • Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to site personnel to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading construction teams in a superintendent role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
