This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, where you will be responsible for:
- Using all tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations
- Abiding by safe lifting procedures
- Reading and interpreting product design information
- Ensuring quality parts and materials are used to assemble products
- Ensuring finished product quality meets expectations
- Supporting additional tasks directed by the production manager
- Adhere to PPE and safety requirements of the production facility
- Maintain consistent housekeeping of work areas
- Be on time with consistent attendance and operate through shift end
- Manage own time clock effectively
- Be a team player and take direction from production manager
- Be willing to do what it takes to get the job done safely and efficiently
- Proactive problem solver
- Follow instructions, willingness to learn and train when required
- Consistently achieve high quality and volume targets of work areas
- 2 years of carpentry or similar manual labor experience
- Ability to use tape measure, framing square, nail/staple gun, and hammer
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States
- 40+ hours weekly, including up to 2 Saturdays a month as scheduled
