Scope of Work

This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, where you will be responsible for:

  • Using all tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations
  • Abiding by safe lifting procedures
  • Reading and interpreting product design information
  • Ensuring quality parts and materials are used to assemble products
  • Ensuring finished product quality meets expectations
  • Supporting additional tasks directed by the production manager
Requirements
  • Adhere to PPE and safety requirements of the production facility
  • Maintain consistent housekeeping of work areas
  • Be on time with consistent attendance and operate through shift end
  • Manage own time clock effectively
  • Be a team player and take direction from production manager
  • Be willing to do what it takes to get the job done safely and efficiently
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Follow instructions, willingness to learn and train when required
  • Consistently achieve high quality and volume targets of work areas
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of carpentry or similar manual labor experience
  • Ability to use tape measure, framing square, nail/staple gun, and hammer
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
  • Must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States
  • 40+ hours weekly, including up to 2 Saturdays a month as scheduled
