Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, understanding and planning future productions and mass productions.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, listening to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with members of the team, and be flexible to the needs of the business.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory, operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service is required, with a focus on preparing and serving food to customers.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to provide exceptional customer service and work effectively with the team.
• Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is required to maintain a clean and sanitized environment and ensure food safety standards are met.
• Flexibility: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations is essential.
