At Sentara Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Domain Architect to join our team. As a Business Domain Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and communicating data and insight requirements to drive strategic and operational business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate business needs into data and analytics requirements
- Maintain a comprehensive blueprint and roadmap for data and analytic product development
- Partner with business owners, data stewards, and data SMEs to ensure data and analytic product development meets business needs
- Work with business leaders to prioritize use cases and drive development in line with priorities
- Serve as product owner to Data & Analytic delivery teams
- Ensure effective understanding of end-user needs and serve as business partner for business power users
- Support business data use cases and shape last-mile user coaching
- Collaborate with IT data team to resolve and maintain data quality issues
- Decision authority for prioritizing business data needs and analytic product roadmap
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of relevant experience or 10 years without a bachelor's degree
- Proven knowledge in domain area with demonstrated understanding of business strategy and trends
- Leadership abilities to influence and collaborate effectively
- Technical proficiency in data analysis tools, database management, and visualization
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
