We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Host Healthcare.

About the Job

As a Travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients in various healthcare settings. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and knowledge of ultrasound imaging principles and practices. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients in various healthcare settings
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct quality control checks on ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Radiologic Technology, Sonography)
  • Current certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS) or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of ultrasound imaging principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
