Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Millwright Foreman to join our team at hth companies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a team of Millwrights and ensuring the safety and quality of millwright work performed at our assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Millwright Crews: Organize and lead a team of Millwrights to ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects.
  • Ensure Safety and Quality: Verify that all necessary equipment is available on site and enforce jobsite safety to comply with OSHA regulations and our company's Safety Program.
  • Client Relations: Act as a liaison for site leadership and maintain positive client relations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Develop and maintain a high-performing team dedicated to customer service and quality workmanship.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various other duties and functions as required or assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience and Education: Must have 2-5 years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience. A Class B CDL is preferred but not required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.
  • Personal Characteristics: Ability to problem solve, develop solutions, and work well in a high-paced and stressful environment.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs. on a routine basis, climb ladders and stairways regularly, and perform inspections of site, tools, and equipment.
